Lamb Loin Chops
Ingredients
- 6 – 8 lamb loin chops
- olive oil
- herbs de Provençe
Instructions
- Place loin chops in a mixing bowl, add olive oil to coat and toss well.
- Sprinkle with salt and herbs, and let rest until room temperature.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet until shimmering, or light the grill and preheat.
- Cook the chops for 8-10 minutes, turning every two minutes.
- Serve with couscous and grilled asparagus.
