A family staple which by now everyone probably knows how to make, and probably does a little differently. The gold standard is of course the Casa del Abuelo in Madrid. Perhaps the most important step of the whole recipe is to serve in a heated terracotta cazuela to ensure the shrimp and sauce stays piping hot.
