Lamb Loin Chops

The easiest way to buy, cook, and eat lamb, this is a go-to favorite dinner at Lovall Valley Road. The best part may be gnawing on the bone – definitely don’t forget to dig out any marrow on the backside of the chop.

Lamb Loin Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 – 8 lamb loin chops
  • olive oil
  • herbs de Provençe

Instructions

  • Place loin chops in a mixing bowl, add olive oil to coat and toss well.
  • Sprinkle with salt and herbs, and let rest until room temperature.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet until shimmering, or light the grill and preheat.
  • Cook the chops for 8-10 minutes, turning every two minutes.
  • Serve with couscous and grilled asparagus.
